Company Technické služby ochrany ovzduší Ostrava spol. s r.o. was established in 1994 as the second part of associated companies under the trademark TESO and its main activity was authorized implementation of a technical measurement of emissions to air pollution sources in the former Northmoravian Region. The above-mentioned activities, the company still limited conduct an assessment of the environmental impact in accordance with Act No. 244/1992 Coll .
At present, our company has 16 employees , six performed by authorized and technical emission and four are devoted to consulting activities in the processing of assessing environmental impact , expertise, dispersion studies , noise studies and verification of greenhouse gas emissions. One worker provides economic and organizational running of the company and ensures the operation of a technical and supply centers .
Integral support for the advisory group is wide database emission values measured resources of energy sources through technologies that handle volatile organic compounds, to more complex chemical technologies that facilitate the expert view and process assessment in terms of emissions in relation to the surrounding air.
Within advice, assessment of plans, structures and technologies on the environment , both in the form of notification or documentation EIA and also processing expertise and dispersion and noise studies to assess stationary , line and area sources.
For the processing of dispersion studies , our society is currently available program for calculating air pollution SYMOS'97 version 2013, which is the reference method of calculating the dispersion of pollutants in the air.
The consulting activities on the environment consulting team works with many external experts in the field of chemicals and wastes and assessment of impacts on nature and landscape protection .
Our company also handles noise studies using modern computational methods that include 3D modeling of noise, including the impact of terrain.
Department certification of greenhouse gas emissions is engaged in regular annual verification of reported emissions of greenhouse gases and verification of application forms for change in the amount of allowances allocated free of charge on greenhouse gas emissions in the range of the accreditation and annex to the accreditation.

Technology
The company currently has two fully equipped trucks for measuring Authorized emission with continuous analyzers for the measurement of the following pollutants: sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen monoxide (NO), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOC), expressed as total organic carbon (TOC), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), methane (CH4), hydrogen (H2). Further, the test group have one measuring vehicle emissions measurement of special materials and technologies such as PCDD / F, PAH, PCBs and heavy metals and organic and inorganic compounds.
