Community is a employers' union and collective member of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic , a member of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Association for the Development of the Region. Community is a legal entity created under Act No. 83/1990Sb on Association of Citizens, as amended. The mission of the Community is to co-create the optimum conditions for dynamic business development , develops its activities in the Czech Republic , especially in the context of territorial units Moravia and Silesia.
Action by the Community is not targeting for a profit . The aim of developing activities Community support and cooperation of its members in providing the needs of business, in the preparation and implementation of the concept in transition and full integration of associated members to higher levels of business activity.
Effects of Industrial Companies of Moravia and Silesia , in close collaboration with the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic towards the realization of investments , restructuring and revitalization projects and the overall recovery of the economy of regions of Moravia and Silesia.
Community membership is voluntary. Community members are legal and natural persons registered in the Commercial Register in Moravia and Silesia , or even in other areas of the Czech Republic .
Community is based on democratic principles. The decision of the Community institutions on accomplishment of its mission and the discharge of its duties, including program statement , has a character opinions and recommendations
