Association for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region is an interest association of legal persons active in the Moravian-Silesian Region since 1990. It brings together the members of which are industrial and commercial companies , distribution companies and other business entities , industry clusters, municipalities, universities and high schools , design and consultancy organizations , healthcare organizations and insurance companies , staffing , training and development agencies .
The Association promotes the long term interests of its members in accordance with the strategy of regional development in the areas of economic development, the environment , infrastructure development , education and human resources, and supports intra discussion.
The main programming spheres of activity include:
• Development of transport infrastructure and logistics systems
• Revitalization and development goals in the areas of energy , waste and environment
• Support for science , research , education and growth expertise
• Improving the investment and business environment of the region and its competitiveness
• More communication and cooperation within the region , Czech Republic and the European Union
Products and services
• Organizing conferences and expert discussions focused on topics related to the interests of its members and the priorities of the Moravian-Silesian region (eg, Investment & Business Forum, Congress of Mayors, Waste, Transport, Industrial Landscape, etc.)

• Activities of professional sections and working groups in the field of transport, energy, environment, employment, education, promotion of investment allocation in the Moravian-Silesian region, etc.
